My work is rooted in the evidence that true healing becomes possible when tria prima (body, spirit, & soul) are brought into harmony. What began as a simple love for candles and sanctuary eventually evolved into a practice grounded in clinical aromatherapy, elemental wisdom, and cyclical living.
Since 2009, a business has grown alongside my personal development, expanding from a decade of intensive work with handcrafted candles & apothecary remedies into a living laboratory devoted to helping others reconnect with their inner flame.
As I deepened into my education, completing my Master Aromatherapy diploma at ACHS, I humbly remembered how much I do not know, and that's where Alchemia presented a pathway as the next steps of my evolution, uniting evidence-informed integrative care with intuitive, heart-centered guidance to support deeper embodiment.
My mission is to be a support pillar for attuned and devoted living with compassionate, informed care that empowers you to understand your body, trust your inner wisdom, and take practical, meaningful steps toward sustained wellbeing.
